&lt;p&gt;Couldn't you figure that out if you had two test systems and did a diff?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;People felt the same thing about Tiger pre-release, but it turns out Apple nabbed the leak through much more prosaic means: they subpoenaed the torrent sites for their web logs.&lt;/p&gt;
