I am a long time (mt) Media Temple customer and was completely satisfied with their previous shared server environment but have lost complete faith in them as a hosting company since migrating my client sites over to their highly marketed (gs) Grid Service. Intermittent latency, site/email downtime, slow mysql connectivity and poor customer support.</p> <p>It's a major stumble for a previously reliable host.
