I was biking on the Embarcadero, and then I saw this small train of scooters with ads on the back. They had stickers on the scooters that said ‘Scooter Media’. They were showing these mini-billboards of Stella Artois beers. This was on the embarcadero, after work, not anywhere close to ad:tech, etc.

I wonder what the CPM was for this advertising? Who would fund or what agency would buy this type of advertising?

I know this, though. Whenever I think it is too hard to convince and advertiser at BrightRoll, I can look back at this.
