These aren’t roll on the floor laughing, but they are amusing enough to blog about.
The other one is: The House of Cosbys

Saw the movie last Friday at the office.
I’ll just say this: One of the best movies I’ve seen in my life.
Highly recommended.

Saw the movie last night at the Aquarius in Palo Alto. Great Anime. I was told before the movie that the story was not as good as the first one. They were right, but so be it. The thing is, you just can’t get much else to compete with the genre. As long as the story didn’t hurt the visual design, I would be happy. The visuals were just fantastic, mesmerizing. I recommend seeing the movie in a high quality setting.
There is also a little side story about this. Over 8 years ago, I came to Palo Alto to check out Silicon Valley as a place to work. While I was here, I saw the local paper and it gave the previous Ghost great reviews. This was a time when the Internet was still new and the valley was exciting. So going back to see the sequel in the same theatre was kind of more than just seeing a movie. It was also a time to reflect on how far we’ve come. Things have changed, but this is still a great place to be.
Saw Shaun of the Dead yesterday. It’s basically a Brittish spoof on the whole Zombie flick. I found it entertaining. If you don’t see it in the theatre, that’s ok. It’s definitely worth picking up for rental on DVD when it comes out.
Ok, saw the movie. Did I like it? Heck Yes! I recommend going to see it on a big screen near you.
Oh yeah, if you haven’t seen Fahrenheit 9/11, I would see that first.

Ok, lots of controversy and different views on this movie.
I urge you to please go see it.
It didn’t transform me or yada yada yada. However, it did compile into one movie very interesting facts and video. The pictures speak thousands of words.
One other note, I talked to my mom about the movie on the phone. She read that the movie was just opinions, and no facts. I have no doubt that there is going to be a lot of confusion around this. There are strong forces colliding here and it beneifts the Republicans to create as much confusion as possible. I wonder if they can see beyond this and realize that they can still be Republicans, but not support Bush. You cannot deny what is really happening in Iraq.
Back in my youth, when I was a ‘miscreant’ punk…
We used to play with these devices.
I think what these residents have done is great. We need more art around us.
